For You, Elle

Posted by wildersimon at 02:39 PM on August 4, 2007 in "Thump-Thump!".

"I love you without knowing how,

or when,

or from where.

I love you straightforwardly,

without complexities or pride;

so I love you,

because I know no other way than this...

so close,

that your hand on my chest,

is my hand,

so close

that when you close your eyes...

I fall asleep."

quoted from the movie, "Patch Adams"

taken from Sonnet XVII by Pablo Neruda

Say No Evil

The price you pay for telling the truth...

is an aching mind...

The price you pay for being misunderstood...

is a bleeding heart.

Women Assholes?

Posted by wildersimon at 07:14 AM on February 24, 2007 in Bullseye!.

Some women ARE assholes.

An asshole is NEVER a woman -- for REAL women are never such.

"If you're a woman, and you're an asshole, you're most probably not a woman -- at least never in my eyes."

On Happiness and Content

Posted by wildersimon at 06:39 PM on January 28, 2007 in Bullseye!.

While hearing mass this morning, it just hit me...

Perhaps, one if not the main reason for being unhappy and not contented with one's life, is because we confuse (consciously or not) ourselves and find difficulty distiguishing one with the other -- the things that we should hold on to... and the things we should let go of.

Although I'm happy enough to have thought of it, I do hope doing it is as easy.

Try going to church if you haven't been in a long while. It's quite liberating actually.  I missed church for three years straight, or maybe even four.  And I'm happy to have found made time for it again.
